June 17, 2012: I ordered & paid 100% advance, for IOWA bedroom set & a Dining Table Set

June 24, 2012: Packed Boxes were delivered & kept in my house
June 26, 2012: Company sent a Carpenter for assembly - He Found certain components Missing / Broken
Following up with them since all these days - No action/result yet as on 18 July 2012.
Store gives various commitments, giving 100% assurance to solve the issue by so-and-so date - All commitment fails!
Store People blame this on Warehouse - In turn Warehouse says, store has not informed them about the issue!!
Store again prompts me to contact customtakeouter Care - the contact number/s are never reachable!!
Store further asks me to contact customtakeouter Care over mail - the email/s sent are never replied.
On sending final mail to cc - showing intention to file FIR - they eventually reply, promising to resolve the issue in a days time.
No result - as all such commitments from store as well as customtakeouter care has failed so far.
Looks like, I have been cheated & lost the hope of getting the issue resolved amicably.
Intending to file FIR and Consumer Court Case for refund and compensation for the harassment caused.
