May be this would be my last email as final reminder for the word received from your side today


IN the mean while several calls were made from my side and very few of them were answered namely call from Mr. Ashish on 28 th evening to tell me that he is organizing a carpenter to repair the wardrobe about which I have sent you the replacement request and you were supposed to send a person for inspection not for repairing  within 7 days as mentioned below here.


now today I had some discussion with Mr. Datta First Than Mr. Ashish After that I requested MR. Ashish to pass on the line to his senior (12.15noon). for which he said that seniors come late so he will arrange a callback within 10 minutes  from the senior officer. After not receiving the said call I called myself at 12.40 after which Mr. Hanish came on line as senior executive and I had to give total narration of the case once again. ( sorry to say you don’t keep track record of conversations with customer when it is called customer care ( which actually has proved don’t care for customer)  and promised me to revert back within one hour with positive feed back.


I came to know that positive means positive for your company when he again repeatedly told and tried to convince me that he will send a carpenter for repairs besides all my reminders to him during the narration that I am not interested in repairs of the wardrobe since I have paid full amount to you for new piece. And finally much discussion he said that this replacement matter is beyond his limits.  And he will get back to me on Monday by evening after talking to senior person  or CEO of the company.


Now Flash Back of the case for your record since you never have any.


First  Ms. Swapnali  with 200% authority promised while booking order from me on 2nd Dec. 2012 that first small Julion cupboard will be delivered and than the second and third Spensor and Ryder will be delivered together as per my request. But after most harassment and with having no option I had to agree (Because of the promise to receive the delivery on 10 th and 12, th, 14th 15th and so on  I had discarded my old wardrobes and contents of it were scattered in whole house) to receive the Spensor delivery alone on 17th which was assembled on next day.


After talking to Ms. Swapnali now it was her turn of not attending the calls made by me.  Here enters your another executive Ms. Rupali Jadhav in the picture as senior of Ms. Swapnali  who after three days constant follow up from our side and giving ultimate to her to either deliver the wardrobe or refund the money paid.  One executive in the mean while called up on the same day to tell me that you don’t have the said piece in stock and I am sending your refund request to concerned department. Afterwards I got clarification from Ms. Rupali that he is new comer ( mostly his name was told as Wahab I am not sure) and he is not aware about the case. But under any circumstances she will be arranging the piece for me on the same day i.e. 20th Dec.12  and yes it was delivered at my residence but since I was not at home my family accepted it. If I would have been there I would have sent it back. Because I could see that it was not a fresh petty pack piece but dismantled one from your show room at Dahisar, Thakur Mall which was told by your delivery person and the signature was taken on plain chit of paper, without any name printed on it and no copy was given to us officially.


When I returned home and so these different packets of the material which were packed in un printed plain corrugated  sheets from corrugated sheet roll manually with  cello tape wrapped around it  with least care. I immediately realized that this is not a new piece and called Ms. Rupali Jadhav and told her that this is perhaps the same piece which we had seen in your Thakur Mall show room.  So finally much discussion at home unfortunately we say your advertisement appeared in 2nd Dec. 12 news paper saying that we can book your product online also. We did the greatest mistake of life in believing in it. And call was attended by Ms. Swapnali  and the details are put here.


After realizing this I called Ms. Rupali and asked her to take the piece back by giving the details of your showroom.


But she refused it saying that you get it assembled and than if you have any further complaint we will replace it. The carpenter who was supposed to come early morning at 10.30 after calling at least ten times in day arrived at 6.30 p.m. and assembled the wardrobe.  While doing so I found several things missing from the kit and after asking about it your carpenter Sonu said I can only assemble with whatever is sent. There was no lock to it which he said that will be fixed next day morning ( this shubh muhurat came after three days)


Next day in daylight when I saw several scratches and many other things while stocking my material in it. I immediately called Ms. Rupali and Asked her  to give me email- id on which I will be able to put my complaint for which I was expecting the answer from her immidiately. She sent the ID and I immediately sent a written complaint


But for next three days there was no answer to it.  On fourth day after discussion She told that it is not her department and some other person will answer back to this email.  I received an email from Ms. Mohini Naik as below


Thanks for your assistance and patience. But till today on 30th of December  when people are in mood of saying good bye to bad and welcome new things I am writing this as a last reminder with total details for you besides not keeping good health. You can imagine how it has touched me.


And above all I received a call to irritate me to higher end On Mr. Sonu called me on my mobile at 3.52 noon to tell me that he is sending a carpenter for the repairs of the wardrobe since there is no stock of the said wardrobe. Even of the alternate piece given by us. I think your staff has no sense of understanding when I am denying to get the thing repaired calling me again and again and harassing or should I say torturing me mentally.


So now what?  Only one solution is left. Refund my money back immediately and stop all this nonsense. Chandan Sode. From: "chandan sode"

Ms. Rupali Jadhav,


After lot of arguments and follow ups with your online executives, as per our conversation I have received finally the delivery of the wardrobe I had ordered on line on 2nd December and had paid promptly on the same day by my credit card with your stores.


But this one which is delivered, I was told that has come from your Thakur Mall Stores, which we had visited few day back before ordering online and we were told that the piece is falty and will not be sold.  Kindly clarify the same.


So kindly look in to this matter and see that you deliver us the proper one without any problem, so that we don’t have to face further problems like we have faced during it’s delivery
