I purchased a bookshelf online 2 months ago. Despite their claims on the website that they deliver in 15 days in major cities, my product was delivered after one month, after several followups. At one point, they said that the product has reached Bangalore for delivery, but was delivered to another customer, hence the delay! It is also extremely difficult to contact customer (un)care, as their phone lines dont work properly. If you are also to connect, they tend to get disconnected.
Anyways, finally after a month of following up, the bookshelf was delivered. Now, when the technician came to assemble the bookshelf, the glass to be fixed, was missing from the box. He raised a complaint, 3 weeks ago. And since then, I have been following up to get the glass on the bookshelf fixed. This is an unending saga.
Basically, if you buy anything from Housefull, its at your own risk. You risk your money, time, peace of mind, everything. You will not get any support from their customer (un)care. As far as I see it, Houseful is just out to screw customers to make a quick buck.
