Buy scrap for cheap but not Housefull products

I agree to the previous comment made by my unknown friend, who has been cheated by housefull mall guys in kharadi like me.


I purchased bed room set from them on 29th august 2008, got a confirmation form them about delivery on 10th september and assembly on 13th sept. Unexpected from them, i didn’t hear on 10th sept about delivery of furniture. They promised me that on 13th furniture will be delivered and assembled on the same day.


They delivered the entire bed room set but not the wardrobe. Gave stupid and illogical reasons, when asked about partial delivery of furniture.


There is no difference of attitude of work between houseful carpenter and manager of the showroom. All of them lack efficiency, give false commitments. The nightmare for all customers of housefull is, you pay for the new product and they sell bloody defect products. I.e the last thing that any customer would want after paying their hard-earned money.


Till date i.e.6th october, we are still i the process of replacing the wardrobe, because all this while, they have made 4 replacements and all of them have been defective products.


These guys work with the attitude of calta hai sir, thoda defect to rehta hi hai, such unproffessional is their way of work


They made their carpenters wait at my till 12.00 midnight, as i fired the hell out of them and asked to return my money.


Please, if you really value your hard earned money, don`t make the mistake of buying anything from houseful, if you believe in quality.


Following are the details of the corrupt staff members working in housefull mall in kharadi -


1) store manager in kharadi - shantanu (liar no. 1)


2) dept head - nagraj (no. 1 in giving false commitments)


3) raj - no. 1 coward, who gives false commitments and then asks his seniors to face the wrath of the customers).
