I walked into their store to place an order. They had some big discount running which made the price of my bedframe about 28000. It seemed like a decent deal and their operations and layout seemed to suggest this would be a streamlined efficient process. Ah the deceiving book cover.
They delivered the frame with what I am assuming are all the parts a few days later. The assembly person was supposed to come in the next day. It has been 3 weeks and he is still not here. They have made every excuse under the sun. Soon they stopped picking up my phone. At their Bangalore and their Bombay customer service centres.
Each time their response used to be, we will call you back in 10 minutes. Never happened. When I managed to get through using a friends phone they gave me the same treatment and stopped taking calls from that number as well.
My friend has had a worse experience. he is still waiting for the delivery. I dont think he will be in Bangalore by the time they get an assembly guy to his house.
I have had a few bad experiences in my life with purchasing, but this is by far the worst.
