I purchased a book shelf from Housefull stores in Andheri, Mumbai. It was delivered with broken glasses and missing hinges. Even after multiple rounds of follow-up, I am still waiting for them to send me the door, the hinges and a carpenter to assemble the parts. The worst part is following up with the stores.
Mostly, they don’t pick up the call and when they pick up, they just make false promises.
