I bought a wardrobe just 2 months back and within 15days it started catching white fungus.When the product was delivered it was assured to me about it’s quality & good life which it failed to meet. On lodging the complaint I was once again promised that post the one polishing there won’t be any complaint which again was a false promise as again after 2 days the fungus reappeared. My brand new clothes have started affecting due to this. On requesting for a refund, they have denied it stating that’s against their company policy. I am looking at a final resolution to this problem which nobody in the houseful department seems to have any resolution.
I am planning to lodge a customer complaint in the consumer court against Houseful to have not adhered to their commitments and as I am reading reviews on mouthshut I am coming across lot of other consumers too being cheated.
I appeal to all those who have written reviews and all those who have experienced this problem to stand up for own rights so either the company gives justice to us by returning our money and stop supplying such fake products in the market.
I am attaching the photos of the fungus on my cupboard - and this is after their servicing so you can imagine what would it be before that.
