I am utterly disappointed by the service. Just to pick up the phone I had to make 4 calls. To find the status another 7 calls and to get the phone delivered another 3 calls.
The only thing good about the service is the call centre and nothing. The delivery team, the technicians and the operation managers. Nada. They aren’t applogitic about it. If this is the case then why go to them?
