They sent some vendor to deep clean 3 bath rooms. When I verified a bathroom after declared clean I was surprised either it was deep cleaned or not. There are several places on the floor, toilet basin, handwash basin dirt was there and even anybody can rub and remove it. After complain they said it can not be cleaned. After then I rubbed it through a brush and showed the way it can be cleaned better. I stopped them when they complete the 2nd bathroom and let them go as I was not happy the way cleanup happened. They also applied acid on one of my Tap which got discoloured. These guys doesnot even know acid should not be applied to steel items which can damage them.
I called their customercare and it was difficult for them to believe because I asked Urbanclap to provide service on same day due to cleanup was not done thoroughly by Housejoy.
