Booked an electrician service for 11am for Pune. The so called expert never turned up at 11am. At 2pm the electrician called and I briefed him about the job. He said he would come in 30 mins and never showed up. Called housejoy and was assured service will be given soon? Still noone came nor did the electrician pick my call.
Basically unprofessional, incompetent company. Not recommended.
