I had seen so many Ads of housejoy on Facebook that finally I decided to get their beauty service. I am a working woman and I have a small kid. I thought, beauty service at home would be time saving so I took an early coming from office as service was booked for 6pm. I got call two times from housejoy for the confirmation. At 5:50, I got a call from the lady who was supposed to visit my home. She said that owing to 6pm Timing slot, She woyld be able to provide only some services as it would be late. I had an urgent requirement and I asked her to provide all services. But she refused ruthlessly. I called customer support and then they informed me that post 7pm, she won’t stay at your home. But This was not informed to me earlier at any stage while booking their services.
I wasted my one and only early coming allowed in a month for their useless system and services
