I have Booked an Electrical Wiring Job on 06-Jan-2016 and an "expert" technician was sent for inspection so as to provide an estimate for the Job. Technician has given just a figure that Rs 1500 will be the cost of material+labour but did not provide the details. When asked for details, he started saying here and there(Call Recording is with me).
Hence called Housejoy to send another technician to provide a proper estimate. He sent another "EXPERT TECHNICIAN" for inspection. This person has opened all circuits / circuit board to under the wiring but he was unable to do so. At last he gave an estimate that it will take some time; hence it might charge upto Rs 500-600 only for labour and asked for another appointment.
On the day of appointment(which was a week after on Saturday), the technician did not turn up and called me stating that job is too complex and he won’t be able to do it.
To decline for job, expert technician took 6 days.
FEEDBACK: These technicians do not know anything about electrical job; but just boast to wear EXPERT t-shirt of HOUSEJOY. They might be good to change a bulb(even which I seriously doubt).
NEVER GO TO HOUSEJOY for ELECTRICAL JOBs.
