It started with some random messages from their end in the name of mr prateek, and mr vijendra kumar, today I received an email fron them saying hi mr vijendra kumar the booking has been confirmed whereas my name is not vijendra kumar and nor am I prateek, this is such a big glitch, the customer care ppl called me telling me that there was a sudden data leak and my email id was leaked and somebody logged in through my email id and placed a request.Screenshot attached for your reference.How pathetic is that.This is sheer case of irresponsibility on their part I am looking forward to taking a legal course of action against them.
