While subscribing the plan at housing.com, this executive took the money like very quickly, after that no response from anyone, I had to be behind them to assign RM for the service, the assign RM also didnt respond, I had to change 3 RM for service response, the third RM also didnt assist for searching the rent house but I had to search and ask to find the details, not not proper service, when I found the rent house by my self, I emailed for the refund.
they asked for the agreement details. that also I provided, but after that they said, its important to apply for refund with 7 days only or after plan is over. as if will have no other work to do and sit calculating the days of the service provider who is useless.
this people only know to take money from people and thn find opportunity to not refund them even after the promise made of refund. please never go for housing.com service they are thief company.
