This movie was released worldwide on 12th February 2016. And I must say that this is a good one-time watch movie. Name of the lead character is Alice and Dakota Johnson played that role of Alice.
This movie is based on the novel by famous writer Liz Tucillo. And the story is about the single person in new york city. There are many single persons in USA who live their life and enjoys it fully. But it is really very difficult for us to understand that. Because generally we always look for a partner, better half, girlfriend, boyfriend etc. But we still have people in our society who are alone. And they do not want to go into any relationship with anyone. Lucy is also a kind of lonely heart in this movie. She also searches for the right match but that match is not love connection. She does not like the complications come along with love connection. But she learns slowly to live lonely in this world which is very much different from her or rather persons like her.
Such lone life has some advantages of course; like you do not have to answer anyone, you do not have to take responsibility so much and you would be free like a bird. But this life has disadvantages too and any person who is accepting this life has to adjust with it; he or she has to learn how to survive lonely. This film shows story of a such a lonely girl Lucy who learns all the way to live alone. Nice story and you could come to theater once and enjoy it.
