Hello friend I am going to tell you about blood pressure and how to recover naturally from it.
What is blood pressure/hypertension?
Simply blood pressure is measurement of flow of blood in the circulatory system.In normal it is 120/80.
What cause high or low blood pressure?
Increased/Decrease in blood volume can cause blood pressure.
How to control it naturally?
THis is the major question most of people is asking about and the answer is listed below.
1.Walk/Exersise
At least walking 10000 steps daily and do some physical /Yogic exercise can help you to control blood pressure because it decrease the volume of blood in body
2. Reduce Salt
You should reduce NaCl intake because it hold water in body and it increase blood volume.
- Dont be alcoholic
If you take more alcohol then be cautious because a research shows that 30% of blood [pressure problem are caused due to it.
Eat more potassium rich food
Drink less coffee
Lose weight
Quit Smoking
Try meditation and deep breathing exercise.
