One of the most common health issues of our times is controlling blood pressure/hypertension. While cases of low blood pressure are also there but high blood pressure cases are usually common. And I know the criticality of high blood pressure since my mom has it.
A proper control over your blood pressure is always important. My mom is having a weight issue too, which makes her have a high blood pressure. Although she has been taking proper medications for her high bp everyday, she still continued to show bp fluctuations. It was then when her consulting doctor advised her to lose weight . And so me and my mom started working on a diet plan for her. I did some researches and found that a change in the diet plan can actually help in losing weight. My mom started following a balanced diet and taking out a few exercises.
You won’t believe but mom has lost almost 1.5 kgs in 10 days! And her bp is doing fine too. So from what I have noticed, controlling bp depends on many factors. But if you just rely on those tablets, it won’t work. My mom now eats healthy and on time, along with following a few regular natural exercises like walking and jogging. She is around 56 but I haven’t seen her this energetic, ever. So guys, keep a check on your bp routinely and eat good to keep that blood pressure level in control.
