Best stock ideas is website name of some share tip advisory small firm in Mumbai.They heavily advertise on Internet websites.They promise 85-90% accuracy on share tips.They charged Rs 7000 for 9 month period in advance.I found that not only their claims of accuracy false but service is very poor.They never disclosed that the tips require full day sitting on Internet for trading.
They actually give real time tips instead of research based.There is ocourse delay in message through sms.No one picked phone when I rang up their office for advise.I made huge losses in one day itself.Whole day 20 to 30 calls come and immposible to handle and decide what to enter. Even if I start watching screen and send 30 calls 5 or 6 will be positive in any case.
I asked them to refund my money as product nature was not properly disclosed and not at all usable by me.Services were also deficient.But they refused.I even offered them to deduct one month period charge proprtionately, and return the balance. I sent legal notice but nothing was done.Meanwhile notice came back as unclaimed.The firm has changed name and address in the meantime from ghatkopar to nariman point address.
