Some points that you should keep in mind are:
You should not waste water.
Use eco-friendly colours ( gulal) to play.
Do not disturb the people by putting water and colour on them while they are driving
You shold not disurb your neighbours by putting loud music as some has their exams and they get irritated and cannot concerntrate on their studies.
