I guess you only need self determination to go ahead. Chewing gum, saunff, yoga, can help a lot. Try concentrating on reasons why you began smoking in the first place: peer pressure, for the kick, job pressures, family problems, boredom. Once you know the reason its easier to quit.
Quitting cigarettes or tobacco will probably be the hardest thing youve ever done for yourself, although certainly it will be the smartest. Youve finally realized that cigarettes are NOT your friends. To give yourself a fighting chance, consider approaching it more slowly than the all or nothing plunge.
