Find alternative to quit smoking like when you urge to smoke just try to take a nap and relax yourself. I too smoke but in this lockdown phase I am trying to quit it, as this is the best time to do it. If you wish you can do anything. In this lockdow I find it difficult to go out but I crave for cigrette, but is not easy to buy one in my area there are so much of restrictions. So I calm myself down and find alternatives to reduce my craving. I take a deep breath and distract my mind and try to sleep as much as I can. Try drinking a lot of water, this can also reduce you craving or chew a gum.
