Say no to smoking or say no to life

Hello friends, smoking addiction is very serious concern in a life of a person . people even want to get rid of this deadly addiction but they are unable to do this. So here I am discussing about some tips to quit smoking . Remember to quit smoking you must be determined enough to fight against the craving of smoking . Follow the below steps : -




  1. Choose a perfect and strong reason that why you want to stop smoking .




  2. Cut the smoking from your life slowly, for eg. If you smoke daily then slowly make it a once in 3 days, then one in a week and so on.




  3. Various medicines are available in market which can help you to kill the craving smoking.




  4. Try to busy yourself so much of work so that you even did not get time to smoke even once




  5. Remember one thing that smoking not






Only affects you but it also affects your family members also


IF YOU CAN’T STOP SMOKING , THEN CANCER CAN STOP YOU
