In 21 days you make or break any habbit

Smoking is really very bad habit whi harm our self as well as our surrounding too .too quite this addiction every one just follow 21 day rule . Due to this rule every form nd break and any habit or addiction in 21 days .You just avoid smoking 21 days ns believe me you break ur smoking habit . I was trying too this rule nd today I away from this addiction.
