Same Old Train No Improvement

I travel to Chennai regularly by this Train. One thing good about this train is that it is seldom late. But, I WOULD LIKE TO BRING CERTAIN POINT FOR PUBLIC AS WELL AS THE RAILWAY OFFICIALS.

This train though it is called Mail stops in most of the Stations and becomes a passenger train during the day. The Reserved Coaches are occupied by the Local Travelers during the day time and lot of beggars disturb the Passengers. If any sick passenger wants to take rest the seat is occupied by the Daily Passengers. The TTs also do not question them. May I request the Railway Authorities to kindly look into this? The Toilets are only cleaned at Visakhapatnam and becomes dirty and gives out foul smell after it leaves Visakhapatnam since it is being used by ’n’ number of people. Water Shortage also creates havoc since water tank capacity is less compared to the users. The Passengers who are near the toilets have to suffer the smell of the urine and night soil. NOBODY BOTHERS. THIS IS INDIAN RAILWAYS.

Since this train is being availed by many people I also recommend the Authorities to attach a PANTRY CAR so that the Passengers feel comfortable and can avail its services.

Another nuisance are created by the Smokers and the non-smokers have to suffer silently. Though it is being advertised that passive smokers are prone to suffer from TB& Cancer the Railways Authorities seldom fine the smokers. The RPF people take bribe once they see the smokers and Law is seldom implemented. The Fine should be Rs.1000/- plus imprisonment so that smokers would think twice before they break the law.

My Dear Friends could you kindly tell me as to who would take up these issues effectively the Railways Authorities Or the Government?
