I purchased hp 1 tb hard-disk an year ago. Initially the response was good and the speed was also okay. But after approximately one year, it fall on the ground and from then on it didn’t read in my laptop. I went to service centres and they told me that my data could not be retrieved and asked me to come again and again. After approximately visiting the service centres for 7 days, I went to private hardware experts as my data was very important. They told me that hp does not manufacture hard-disk and they just label others products. So the data could not be recovered. Service centers are also not good.
It is also expensive than wd or Seagate who actually manufacture hard-disk.
