HP 14-AM090TU Notebook

I purchased this product 25 days back from HP Store for Rs. 34000. Now Available on chroma store @ Rs. 26000 only. Specification wise product seems to be Good Value for Money but actually it not.

Pro:

2. Battery Life - 4-5 Hr

   
   

Down:

1. Poor & dull display

   
   




2. Hardware Quality - Rough finishing around the display & downside - low 2100 Mhz RAM instead of 2400Mhz generally available in all laptops - Use of Substandard & cheap quality Toshiba hard drive

   
   




3. Very poor Performance - Specifications mentioned are just paperwork

   
   




4. Disk space utilization is 100%, even when no application is running making it standstill & allow no program to perform(See Screenshot attached)

   
   




5. Bulky - more than 2.3 Kg

   
   




6. Customer Care doesn’t respond for weeks

   
   




7. Many a time Screen Goes black with no response for hours.

   
   




8. HP’s own pre-installed software which is no use
