I am using this laptop for more than 2 years and It has performed quite good. I bought it from the market at a price of 40000/- and I think that it is way too much than its actual worth!

It is perfect for casual users. I have the model with the AMD Radeon Graphic card but still it lags in using heavy applications like AI, PS etc.

Let’s Break the Review in Pros and Cons of this Laptop.
So the things for which I would like to give a Thumbs up are:-
Design: It has got perfect design and built quality. And actually it’s color combinations and look was the first thing for which I liked this model.
Battery Life: It has got a really nice batter which gives a decent battery backup of more than 3 hours and I have used this laptop for around 2 years and still I never ever faced any issue related with battery.
Reliability & Satisfaction: Yes, this is my buddy for 2 years and yes it is very reliable. In 2 years I never got a need to visit it’s service center for anything and it is still working fine.
Support from HP: In this interval of time I faced little issues but the support that I got from the HP calling executives was fabulous and I didn’t felt any need to visit the service center.
Now, let’s write about the points where it annoy me:-
Hangs on heavy usage: When I bought this laptop, with 4GB ram and 5th Gen i3 processor and Graphic card, I was expecting a very good performance from this laptop. But that really let me down in performance. It even hangs many times in the normal use of Adobe Photoshop.
Value For Money: I don’t think that it is a good value for money product. I think that I paid a way too much higher than its actual worth!
