This is perfect value for money laptop.
Processor/RAM - Performance of 3825u is on par with 5th gen i3 and even better than previous generation i3/i5. 4GB RAM is sufficient, it can be increased to 8 GB.
Build Quality - No complains at this price range. Lid is very cheap.
Display - Like any other laptops.
OS/Drivers - This is where things get little bit ugly. Purchase it only if you know your stuff. No OS installed. For Linux you need to compile WiFi drivers on your own.
Others - HDMI port is big relief. It can be connected to TV. Don’t miss VGA port at all. Not impressed with the touchpad.
Battery Life - Easily lasts for about 5-6 hours. Didn’t test it while gaming.
Verdict - Best budget laptop at this range. No need to shell out 5-6k more for i3.
