Hp 15 ac123tx is one of the worst gaming laptop you can ever buy.it contain many problems such as when we start or shutdown laptop the welcome and shutdown tone/sound does not come, the display frequently blink which is manufacturing defect in all the laptop of this series.the experience of this laptop is very bad.it is one of the gaming laptop as per the HP company but does not support support majority of high graphic game like GTA 5, batman Arkham knight, etc the what is the use of buying such an expensive laptop which is more than 45K.
I myself buy this laptop and has suffer many problem related to this laptop which is mention above.the laptop sound is very bad and display is also not so good as compare to the price the company charges from customer.
When I complain the problem related to the laptop to hp the hp representative show less interest in solving the problem.my laptop was in the 14 days policy of HP according to which if customer find any defect in laptop within 14 days of purchase the customer can replace or can ask for refund for laptop.but they neither replace nor give any refund for laptop. After my try and giving consumer forum threat they give refund for laptop so I refer you not to my this laptop or any hp laptop as there customer support service is very bad and slow.
