Good product I use it since last two years it’s battery not that much capeble to work hardly it will work for 6 to 7 monthly in satisfactorly manner. and after that it will not work well that means you have to contineously charging this laptop. in first year that means in warrenty period I got my hard disk crashed and also battery damage issue but, when I call HP scrvies center they took my completd and give my date to exchange both the parts and they did it so I just want to say that hp provide good product as well as very good servises. thank you.
