As I was a really long hp user I changed my lappy two with hp brand both the time I got same problem. Hp has a heating problem for a year it’ll work good but later you won’t believe you cant use it without cooling pad. After 2 years it’ll start heating so worst that for every 5 min automatically it’ll turn of due to over temerature and again you need to wait to let it cool. So better I suggest you don’t go for hp if you you are a long term user. Hope you get what actually I mean to say. Thanks for reading.
