I can say this for every product of Hp. This note book is really user-friendly and wonderful.
As I said that the quality and durability of THIS Notebook is beyond objection. Every bit of it has a new experience and filled with trust. It keeps its words and we feel happy as our money has gained its value.
As I feel personally the service and support, I cant say anything about its fault.But some time may happen.
