I am using this laptop for 10 months . I faces many problems in this laptop. It disappointed me at the beginning. It is not user friendly. The keys does not works properly . It heats very early when use long. It is not much reliable because after few months its keys stop working properly and operating system crashes alot. It works very slow. I am not satisfied by this product. It is totally wastage of money to buy it. I recommend you to not to buy this product. If you found any problems with your laptop and if you contact with the customer service, the customer service do not respond at a time. If you mail then the mail was not respond by anyoune of the support office of the HP. It is totally useless product . Do not buy it.
