Is 9643121402 I will only tell you the truth I just bought this laptop 6 months ago I got a very very old processor in it that is pentium I know all of you are aware of the disadvantages of this processor . The soeed of the laptop is slow It lags in between sound quality is also not at all good . When I play a game like assassin creed it lags and hangs and I just got frustruated . It doesnot stand on the expectations of a customer as its price .
