As per HP brand I can say this is one of the worst model, I have used it in my office from one of my seniors, it keeps giving troubles everytime. Mainly the price is high as compared to the quality and secondly the battery backup is very poor. Sometime it hangs for no reason thus zero satisfaction and reliability after using this model and overall as compared to other HP models poor service as well. I will never recommend anyone to this product.
