Good evening friends, recently I bought this HP 15 ba035au Notebook. I want to share my experience with you, I hope it is little helpful for you.
User Friendly- This laptop is very good looking. It is very easy to use. But there is one problem in this laptop which is there is no graphic card in this HP laptop. Without graphic card most of the good games are not support in this laptop. The games are very important in our life for make mind stress-free.
Reliability & Satisfaction- The HP is a big brand. We all know HP provides many gadgets in this electronic market and it stands all the standards. There for there is no doubt in its reliability. It satisfies its customers in many ways by giving many value added services.
Value for Money- The cost of this laptop is very cheap. It is a best laptop in this price. Its price is unbelievable just only 21, 000/-. It is a best price. There is no other laptop comes of 15.6 inches in this price.
Service & Support- The customer care service of HP is well & good. They provide a toll-free number to its customer for any query realted to their products. And also there are outlets of HP. They support every customers to do feed back, complaints and suggestions.
I will not recommend this laptop because there is no graphic card in this laptop. Without laptop many games cannot support in this laptop.
