I purchased my hp laptop 2years ago and I am very impressed by its performance.its user friendly design gives more comfortability for the user.I got a simple screen problem few months back and I approached their customer service.they fixed the issue immediately which makes me giving a thumps up for their customer service.ec en though there is a little heating problem for the device bit bit is negotiable as it is seen in many laptops of this range.this product provides a very good value for money and I am damn sure that my next laptop will also be an hp laptop as I am very impressed by their products.
