We had purchased HP Oman gaming Laptop from Chrome , thaught it to be the most reputed company.After waiting for 15 days we recieved the Laptop but it was a defective piece. we had to call the customer care which is pathetic . Technician declared Dead on Arrival.So it was returned back to chroma.We were asked to wait for another 15 days . The reply we got after waiting for 15 days that the company has discarded this particular model.Wasted nearly a month no Relief, no compensation.We had to shift to Acer .which is doing very well now
