Hello guys my name is Umesh. I’m using this laptop since 5 months ago but I’m not satisfied with it . It is not a best experience about laptop I’m totally disappointed .
This Laptop is not user-friendly because it come with windows 10 and I’m quite very comfortable with that window I like windows 8 and 7 .
Yes I can give you more points about This Laptop because this laptop name HP it’s a very reliable company. I’m very disappointed with this laptop having a big name in the back . This is very discusting so I hate this point of this laptop. So I’m not satisfied with this laptop.
Value of this laptop is very worst thing about this laptop because in this price many laptop comes with very good specifications real hardware power and better proccessor and all other sound and graphic cards are just a stuff !
Service and support was of this device also not too impressive . Because it’s customer care take much time to resolve my little problem can be improved by training there spoken person.
I recommend all user not buy this device because any other best laptops are available in their market with same price.
