The HP 15 bs 615TU laptop is one of the worst things I bought but though it is 6th gen core i3 with 2Tb hard disk and 4 gb ram its performance is not up to the level that it should have been, the processor is very slow the the laptop id very delicate, though it is user friendly the reliability and the satisfaction is not worth, the cost is high compared to i5 8G and the services at thr rural areas in India is not Satisfactory .
