Although it is the brand HP which is trustable brand but I faced some problems with it.
Through this review I want to share my bad experiences with this laptop.
First of all, it is user friendly and handling is easy due to its light weight.
It is not reliable because it has some problems with it.
It has heating problem which dissatisfied me. At the beginning it work properly for 4 to 5 house without heating. But after 2 to 3 months the heating problem arises.
The service is not good because its features like front camera and sound qualities are not so good from previous HP laptops.
Its come in budget but its totally the waste of money.
