User friendly - this laptop comes with a windows 8.1 which can get easily be understand by user,
Reliability and satisfaction - I will never suggest this laptop to anyone because let me first mention you the details of laptop, this laptop has a 4gb ddr3 ram, 500gb hdd, amd a8(6th gen), 2gb graphic card.this laptop has a heating problem, in summer this laptop feels like it wil gonna blew and graphic card is useless because I run gta 4 in this laptop and gta 4 runs slowly and hanged my laptop and last point is its battery backup, this laptop last long for 1.15 hours which is ridiculous.
Value for money - I bought this laptop in rs 34000, please I request you all, never ever buy hp laptop specially with amd processor, i will give 1 star out of 5 because this laptop is not worth it.
service and support- after the usuage of 3days I found that this laptop has a very low battery backup then I call service support and put my issue in front of them then they said your batter has a problem you have to buy a new battery in 5000rs then I said my laptop is under warranty and I bought this laptop 3 days ago but they denied to replace my battery in free.
My final request to everyone please dont buy hp with amd processor laptop.
