I ordered HP 15-r062tu Notebook (4th Gen Intel Core i3- 4 GB RAM- 500 GB HDD- 15.6 Inches- Ubuntu) (Sparkling Black) (J8B76PA) by HP from snapdeal on 12 nov 2014.It was delivered after 10 days i.e. on 22/Nov/2014.
The product delivered is faulty. I think the screen that is installed in this laptop is of china just like the screen of micromax A110.Screen is not clear. It gives a resolution of 800 by 600 when its set to its max resolution supported. Even there is a spot on the left top corner of the screen. Now I am running after snapdeal to return the product Complaint No 12240780 every time I hear a new story.
Till now the product is lying with me. They are not ready to get the product returned in any case.CC executives are saying to take the laptop to HP Service center and get it repaired. Why the hell will i go to HP Service center for a new product ordered.
I want the product returned andget the amount refunded to my account.It is having a battery backup of less than 2 hours too. I am having a HP 430 laptop which is 3 years old and is still having a backup of more than 2 hours.I made a mistake by ordering it from snapdeal.com.
I wont suggest anyone to buy anything from snapdeal. Bogus return policy. Bogus product delivery. Bogus Customer support.
