I bought this laptop from a local store on April 17, 2015. My laptop works very slow as compared to other HP laptops. HP provides 24x7 Chat Support, which is a positive point as very few companies provide 24x7 support.
But unfortunately, I didnt receive proper support from the HP executives. This is my first laptop which I purchased. The performance is very bad.
Its lags always. It gets overheated quickly. Being a customer, I would say that they didnt provide quality support. They didnt even exchange my laptop during warranty.P.S. I found the battery backup and sound to be good.
