Hi .friends .i bought this laptop previous year
I bought it for official work but I have face lots of problem. .for saving data .
It has only 12 gb ram 8 giga rom and 700 giga Hard disk .I have face lots of problem because it is hang some time works slow .big files are not save and also face problem for charging issu.
So .it is not friendly and it also not value of money .customer service us good but it doesn’t important matter for me .
So my suggest is go for other model of Hp or some other brands .thanks
