I have been using this laptop for such a long time(nearly 3 years) and it’s still performing well. All the hardware part is intact ans hasn’t been changed even for once.
Basically this laptop is for everyday use, not for gaming purpose.(it contains HD 4000 Graphics which is capable of basic gaming not hardcore ones).
But if you are considering it for everyday normal works, like office works, watching movies, listening to music, surfing the net or doing some creative works(like PhotoShop, Video Editing) this might be the correct option for you.
With such a low price(32k+) on a Brand like HP it’s surely worth a buy.
And if ever you get any problems, issues with the hardware or software. Don’t get tensed
just go to your nearest HP service center or Dealer or easily call the customer service.
and I assure you their services are great and they are so good to their customers.
Overall I’m happy with the product.
And at last let me say It supports Windows 10(I’m currently running it with no issues whatsoever).
