I want to share my experience about this printer. I got this from online. It delivered on correct date and all but the printer is not same as in the Image that they given in the website. I thought it is very small and can place it in any room. But it’s design is not good and big in size.
However when I started using it, For me it was very difficult to understand its settings and options. I took more than 3 days to install this drive in my pc. Their software is with full of bugs and not matching with my pc.
I started to take printout after a week. Till then I was struggling to know about its operations and work. For few months the printer worked without any complaints but later it started leaking the ink from the ink jet and spreads everywhere. For taking prints became too difficult. I could not understood the reason.
I had the varranty and Called customer care. I told all the problems. But they told for leakage kind of issues they won’t consider and they regret our request. Again we called the main concern person of the Hp customer care person. He also told the same reason and replied in rude manner.
I got upset because only few months only I used it. So I repaired this in some outside repair shop and solved the problem. For them I paid more than 5 k. But they told the leakage was due the manufacturing complaint of the printer. I wasted my money for this bad product.
Its printing speed is not good as other printers. Some times the printed letters are blurred and difficult for reading. I am searching for a new printer with all features with best reviews.
So overall I am not satisfied with this printer which I ever had seen before.
