HP decline to replace LCD screen due to Grey Marke

In order to understand the horrible issues I went through both with HP India and my computer dealer who cheated me, I request you to kindly visit the below mentioned link since I am unable to post my complete "Grievances" over here due to word restrictions.


However, as this post is required to post minimum of 150 characters, here’s a highlight of my Grievances:"Hello All,


My name is Apoorva & I am from Mumbai. Last year in June, I purchased HP 530 Laptop from my PC Dealer from whom I used to buy my computer needs. At time of purchase, all I received was a Delivery Challan but did not receive my Proof of Purchase copy. I questioned him about this but he said that this is all what you get (Delivery Challan).Also, he delivered this HP 530 Laptop at my house in an HP Carry Case (which is considered as "Product delivered in an Open Condition") whereas I seen all laptops being sold in a seal box at various shopping malls in Mumbai, I did question him about this open condition of delivering the product, he replied:


“The place from where I receive this laptop, they open it at their end and supply the laptop in an HP Carry case". I was quiet surprised at his answer given back and was less matured and experienced at that time to understand what horrible trouble I will be into...."
