The worst product /support providing company is HP(laptops). Bought and HP 530 Laptop from the second day the problem started. Its recommended for blind people. You cannot view anything on the display panel. Given the product for servicing and for the past three months the servicing team is servicing it.
The performance, keyboard anything on this product will be of lowest quality.
HP is not a brand, its cheating customers.
Fed up with the servicing team also, I request everyone not to go for HP products.
I used the laptop for 6 months, and after that disply problem started, went to HP service center, they serviced the product and it work for 1 day properly again went to HP service center and from that day, servcing people will say problem is rectified and when I reach there and check the laptop I can find the same problem.
After 3 months of service they gave the product back claiming that the problem been rectified but after one week the same problem again started.
Now I am running behind HP to corect it, but getting answer from HP that they cannot help me because the case is handled by some other team.
