I have been using this sleek machine for the past 1.5 years. My experience has been a fairly smooth one with negligible issues.
Once I had to face the problem of USB detection, but that too was resolved by the authorized service centre at Dadar. They took around 1 weeks time to resolve the issue which Im sure could be solved much earlier.
Apart from this I have hardly any complaints for the product. Although I had a desktop still had to get one lapi for the amount of presentations we had to churn out in the B school. I must say that laptops from Hp are highly dependable and durable.
Coming back to the features the Compaq C738TU is a well built, well featured laptop offering good performance and - very importantly for a business machine.
Compaq has been busy updating its business notebooks to make them thinner and lighter, but in this notebook the focus is more on entertainment features.
Compaq C738TU gives really a shiny and glossy look. Its outer body is glossy black with black keypad. A white color logo of company is realy looking nice combination. It gives very decent look good for professional and business users.
I will surely give a thumbs up for the machine!
